Calendot ("the App") is designed to collect the minimum amount of personal data possible and to keep your content on your own device or in your own iCloud whenever possible. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and how it is stored.

The App is operated by Discernment Inc. (the "Operator").

By using the App, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect any of the following:

• Direct identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• User accounts or login credentials (the App has no sign-in feature)
• Location data
• Data from other apps on your device (contacts, photos, calendar, etc.)
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or ad tracking data
• Voice, video, or biometric information
